You should not drive on that bridge. The real reason Adobe will move on from Flash, though, is the other big knock against it: obsolescence. Developers have already moved on from Flash over the last few years, embracing open standards that achieve the same ends—or close enough to it—without collapsing under the weight of security failures or browser incompatibility.
Just as the automobile became a viable alternative for horses on Main Street. Namely, whether that fade is slow enough to prep the internet for what comes next. First, the good news. And as of the Season 6 premiere , we now know that by the end of this year, in order to save the multiverse, The Flash must die. Is The Flash seriously a goner? Is Grant Gustin leaving The Flash???? After all, the date on the newspaper headline that trumpeted his disappearance changed, so why not change it some more?
Only thing, when Barry runs to the future, he encounters a wall of anti-matter energy that nearly destroys him though ultimately just gives him a boo-boo on his knee. Later in the episode, Barry uses a brain-enhancing helmet to pull a Dr. It turns out that the real Eva actually died all those years ago, and since then, the Eva we've come to know and hate is in fact a Mirror copy. For all intents and purposes, that doesn't change all the terrible things that Mirror Eva has done.
However, this is still quite significant when it comes to Eva's story moving forward. As far as we're aware, the Mirror-Verse arc was supposed to wrap up by the end of season six, but thanks to all the re-shuffling, it looks like Eva's story will conclude within the first three episodes of season seven. Knowing that the end is near, it seems likely that this new bombshell will have a major impact on Mirror Eva and what she does next. Will this version of Eva turn over a new leaf and try to rediscover her humanity?
Probably not, but it's safe to say that her finding out about the real Eva's death will heavily impact The Flash in future episodes, much like Nash's demise will in the weeks to come. The Flash season 7, episode 1 spoilers follow. With Barry Allen and Team Flash now dealing with the emergence of the four Flash Forces, things have been more intense in Central City than viewers have seen in quite some time.
