However, aspirin when used in low-doses for cardiovascular conditions appears to be at the lowest end of the scale in terms of risk of kidney injury with NSAIDs. It is likely that the cardiovascular benefits of low-dose aspirin would outweigh the risk of kidney injury in this scenario.
